What Causes Rectal Lump With Bleeding And Burning Sensation?
the dr I saw today said that she wasn t sure if it was a hemorrhoid or not. it didn t feel like it and then called it a mass. It also had a black spot on it. The dr was calling the surgeon to get me in right away. I have bleeding a lot and it burns when I put over the counter cream on it.

As the description you are telling this is the case of external haemorrhoid.
Dr do advise for surgery you can also plan for homeopathic treatment for the same if you dont want to go for surgery. Some immediate measure should be taken to control the bleeding.
