What Causes Rectal Pain After Urination?

Hello, I have a rectal pain, I feel pain every time I cough or sneeze, or when I pee, there is this movement the genital does after I finish peeing, that hurts alot. Like i think twice while peeing because its gonna hurt when i stop. And if i touch the area above my anus deep, i can feel the rectum (like a tube) and it hurts alot if i touch it). I dont know whats that!!

As per your symptom is concerned have you visited your local doctors if not then make through clinical exam of Pelvic Organ Prolapse ,if found treatment is surgical and it is a minor surgery.(Thanks)
