I had a anal fissure and hemorrhoid surgery. I eat very well, lots of fiber and water to make sure my stool is soft. No matter what I do, I always end up bleeding and pain in my rectum. I don t know what to do. The only time it doesn t hurt is when I stop eating and only drink juice i made with my juicer. This has been going on for years. The first doctor said my rectum was too small and he wanted to enlarge it. They all said my rectum was tight. What should i do to stop my rectum from bleeding every few months? Im so tired of this
