What Causes Recurrence Of Symptoms After Discontinuing Itchmosol Antifungal Cream?

hi doctor ...am using ichmosol anti fungal cream and am getting better results and i stopped to apply the ointment but when am discontinuing medicine again its developing repeatedly . please can you tell permanent cure. its speeded to my neck to head also. am using KZ soap daily.

Hi. Your cream itchmosol contains clobetasol Propionate, neomycin Sulphate and Miconazole Nitrate. Clobetasol propionate is a steroid and you are not gonna get any long term relief if you use steroid for a tinea infection. Period. So, first of all, stop your beloved cream itchmosol (and any cream that has clobetasol). Apply zimig cream twice daily (say morning and evening) and onabet cream twice daily (say afternoon and night). Use Abzorb dusting powder in groin area (after drying the area) when you are going out. Hope it helps. Update us after 2 weeks.
