General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There are 2 major issues with the recurrent UTI as:
- Inadequate hydration altering urinary pH.
- Regular intake of immunosuppressant medications making infections more prone.

Prevention is best done with:
- Culture-specific antibiotic (such as prophylaxis).
- Hydration with plenty of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
