Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are multiple reasons for recurrent Urinary tract infection (UTI) and kidney infections as low hydration, calculus in the urinary system, vaginal infection, kidney problems or other systemic issues as diabetes or else.

It would be best appreciated here if you provide her latest reports in follow up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
