What Causes Recurrent Abdominal Pain With High Fever In A Child?

5 YO girl with recurring abdominal pain with high fever, lasting for around 5 hours and coming and going once or twice a week. Pain is located around the umbilicus and is sore to touch, but comes in waves. After the episode resolves she appears fine. Normal bowel movements. Vomiting once or twice with pain. Other current conditions include swollen cervical lymph nodes for 7 months, medical history includes tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, grommets. Mild asthma. Recent FBC normal, urine analysis normal.

pain in abdomen that too around umblicus has so many causes do an USG abdomen and u swollen cervical lymph nodes in the neck do FNAC of one of Lummph node done that will help in diagnosis
