What Causes Recurrent Abdominal Sounds With Pain?
I have had this problem since 4 years which has even made me depressed ans sucidial at times since I have no clue what it is and it ruins my life. My stomach randomly hurts sometimes but it usually makes grumbling noises for no reasons. It gets very uncomfortable.

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach. You can avoid stress and smoking if appropriate to your case.
