General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
Is there any family history of acne ? Is there pimples on your trunk? Are they crusting ? Which face wash u are using?
There are various modalities of treating acne. The most successful ones include ACCUTANE . it has to be used at least for four to six months. It has got low recurrence rates. The other option include oral antibiotics with azithromycin ....
You should see your dermatologist so that you can be examined and treated appropriately..
Meanwhile stay calm and don't scratch pimples. Use sunscreen in morning and use anti acne face wash....
Hope your query is adequately dealt
