What Causes Recurrent Anxiety Attacks While Travelling?
Hello, You are having a recurrent anxiety attack. It is a good thing that you tried to control it with deep breathing exercises. Continue with these. I will suggest that you should take anti-anxiety drugs as clonazepam etc for a few days. You should get a prescription from a psychiatrist or general physician for these drugs. Avoid alcohol, tea and coffee. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Varinder Joshi , General & Family Physician
