What Causes Recurrent Artery Blockage?

Hi,my husband had heart attack in 2013,doctor had done angioplasty .After 1year he had some throat dryness while he used to go for walk,doctor suggested him for TMT test,that time he got again right side artery blockade more than 70 again they have done angioplasty in 2014 may,now after one year again we went doctor for TMT test and report is positive,but in this time he does feel any discomfort his hdl has also increased we are so worry don t understand what s going on with him..Is it possible that every year u have artery blockade?? Please give me your valuble advice he is only 43..and he is taking aspirin,plavix statix ..there is no family history in his family....Babita

Hi,

Heart blockage form due to layer of fats deposition on interior of arteries. To prevent it he needs to keep his blood pressure, lipids and blood sugar in normal limits very sincerely under expert care. Along with medicines, healthy and strict life style is a must. It would help his health problems discussed above. Diet control within prescribed caloric limits and including healthy components. Daily 45 minutes exercises. This should include cardiac exercises strictly under expert physiotherapists care. Sound 6 hours sleep are the factors which need attention.
