Hello,

Bilateral mammary gland (Breast) pain is very less likely if this is the infection else hormone changes can cause such pain.

But infection to both the breast is very less likely and if this is ever suspected, then I would advise you to get done the work up including clinical examination but to me it could be just hormone changes and may not be anything.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
