Hello,

The auto immune related issue with allergy to dust and smoke is directly responsible to show up that child has deficient of immune complexes, alteration in B or T cell pull or others. As there is history of TEF surgery, secondary narrowing may produce dysphagia, infection, fibrosis or else. A two way approach with X-ray and MRI of the chest (to get finer details of the organ) with upper abdomen will yield best clinical evaluation and further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
