Good Afternoon sir, Myself Subhash singhal working as OS/Medical at railway hospital Bandikui. My son Arpit is suffering from recurrent cold and nasal block and little relief from anti histaminic and fluticasone nasal spray. This is due to recurrent sinusitis, inflammation in the nasal sinus...your son should be away from dust and fumes as much as he can and keep on the drugs he is taking...this kind of allergy will disappear as he is growing up...
