General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your son needs detailed physical check-up followed by investigations like CBC, allergy screening test, sputum culture & sensitivity to confirm suitable antibiotic, X-ray chest as per indication. This would facilitate a specific prescription to help him. Please consult a chest specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
