Im 42 years old and last week ago, I found a cyst on the upper left side of my labia minora. 2 days ago, I popped it and a litle bit of blood with pus came out. Now its back again. It is not painful nor itchy, am not sexually active. I wash it with betadine soap and keep it dry. What is the best treatment for this? I want it to go away.
Cysta on labia minora are blocled bartholin cysts. When get blocked get infected ,start pain and swelling. If i have to treat , treatmemt is to incise and put a drainage with a catheter thid method is called Marsupilization or it can be trested with laser.Pus should be cultured to find out the organism. Usauly chlamdia are seen..Antibiotics are not efgective.
