What Causes Recurrent Diarrhea,abdominal Bloating And Gastritis After Eating?

I have had diarrhea for about 3 months with excessive gas after eating ( worse after eating veggies). I have been getting chronic headaches, bloating, itchy skin and my stomach is constantly gurgling. Sometimes I feel nauseous either before or right after I eat. Should I be concerned?

hello
try to figure out after eating which vegetable specifically it becomes more
avoid those vegetables
plenty of water and fluids
avoid alcohol smoking non veg fatty oily fried junk food
avoid aereated beverages
include lot of fresh whole fruits coconut water
lacto Bacilli sachet one, twice daily half hour before meal
include curd, buttermilk in your diet
a course of deworming will also help
