General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to the health care magic

As per your history I first want to rule out stress induce dyspnea

Let me know you excess stress can lead panic attack and dyspnea

If stress is not problem than work up done as follow....
-HB estimation to rule out anemia, if HB low than specific corrective tablet prescribed
-Second than if needed chest x ray, spirometry done for further work up

If after Auscultation cardiac cause under suspicion than EKG done

If specific cause found than treated accordingly..

Consult pulmonologoist with keeping all this in mind
