Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that in there are multiple causes of dizziness or vertigo in elderly persons. Your symptoms are suggestive of BPPV ( Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) that has multiple Causative factors.

It's advisable for you to personally consult with a ENT specialist and get her evaluated so the treatment can be started in proper way.

Hopefully this will answer your query

Kind Regards
Dr Navneet Mahajan
