Recurrent dizziness lasting from A few minutes to almost an hour. Dizziness Testing gave no answer. Taking 25mg Meclizine which helps; good for symptom but not an answer. I m a 66 year old, over weight female with a heart murmur that sounds like a rocking chair.
It could be an attack of vertigo.
As a first line management you can take antihistamines like Betahistine for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
