What Causes Recurrent Dyspnea And Photic Sneeze While On Amlodipene And Ramipril?

Am 64 year old male - non-smoker (never more than a small cigar every couple of weeks up until Xmas 2014) and stopped completely since then. Controlled blood pressure using 5mg Amlodipene and 5Mg Ramipril daily. Overweight in the BMI sense, but reasonably fit (visit gym 2 x per week and mix cardio with strength). Could do more of course. Lately suffer 15-20 minutes shortness of breath following an out of the blue sneeze. Settles down and then normal. Occurs 2 -3 times a day. Any thoughts while I am online?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of shortness of breath could be due to exercise, it may be asthmatic condition still it is advisable to rule out the cardiac disease and for that better to get done EKG, with the history of hypertension it is the matter of concern, hope this information helps.
