What Causes Recurrent Episodic Vertigo?
my 18 year old daughter went with us to Disneyland from Phoenix, the next morning after we arrived she said she was dizzy and felt like fainting, sick to her stomach. Took her to an urgent care and she was diagnosed with vertigo. Blood pressure was fine and blood work cam back normal. We arrived home and she had another onset of the same feelings. It has been five days and it comes and goes with the vertigo. She doesn t have the spinning feeling just dizzy and faint, shake too. What can we so next?

The symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxysmal vertigo. I suggest using Betahistine hydrochloride. I also suggest to avoid salt in the diet.
