What Causes Recurrent Eye Infection When Stopped Medication?

Hi ,
My son is suffering from allergic recurrent eye infection ophthalmologist gave ocupol, olopat ,toba drops and refresher drops for one month. After completion of the medicine again he is getting eye infection . How long I can use this medicines. Is it safe to use antibiotic drops for long time.

It seems from the history that your son is having allergy and infection ove rthe infection.
Olopat is indicated for treatment of allergies and ocupol and toba eye drops are antibiotics are indicated for treatment of infections.
Since he is having two separate problems he need to continue antibiotics till infection is controlled, once infection is controlled he need to use olopat eye drops.
Allergies of the eye need a long time of treatment and you need to continue these eye drops for at least 4-6 months.
