Hi....Can understand your concern. As per your query about having acne on face can be due to oily skin which is resulting in clogged pores and causing bacteria to to grow..or it can be due to dirt and pollution exposure ,or improper cleansing of face or any new product.I advice you to try to know the cause and you should also consult your doctor for changing the medications,You can stop the usage of medications if you feel it is worsening it more and discuss it with him ,may be he can give you other antibiotics and ointment and how to use them.Avoid taking stress and take a sound sleep.Include fruits and salads in more quantity in your diet.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
