What Causes Recurrent Fever And Body Pain During Day?

I have been running a fever with body aches the last few days but it only starts in the late afternoon and by the time I get up the next morning I feel fine. What in the world is it. Every thermometer I have reads a different temp. I hurt so bad though that it feels almost like the flu, lower back, thighs, upper arms just ache for a few hours every night.

I have understand your concern

evening rise of temperature mostly seen in TB
rise of temperature along with body aches is seen in viral fevers , flu or brucellosis
in TB you ll have other symptoms like Loss of appetite and wt , night sweats
I can suggest you to get done hemogram, blood culture, brucella IgM and one chest x ray , so that we can find out the above mentioned conditions
meanwhile take tab.dolo 650mg thrice daily and drink more water , take rest.
