What Causes Recurrent Fever Despite Taking Medication?
I m Pavan. I had fever on 10-july-2015 i was given paracetamol.Fever was in control.After 15 days i had fever again and i took clavullin 650 for 3 days with paracetamol. Since yesterday i was feeling uncomfortable because of mild fever and consulted doctor.He asked me to get widal test done. I need feedback on my report. please help me. ST O 1:160 reactive ST H 1:80 reactive remaoning non reactive

There might be most likely enteric fever (typhoid) in your case.
Your clinical history and Widal test clues towards Typhoid.
Though there is need for further evaluation. Following investigation may be advisable in your case - - Complete Blood Count. - Renal & Liver function test. - Urine examination. - Blood culture & sensitivity testing. - Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis. - Chest X-ray.
These investigations helps in confirming the diagnosis of Typhoid and to rule out its complications.
In case of Typhoid there is need for long term antibiotic treatment depending upon clinical evaluation and blood culture. There might be need for hospitalization depending upon all above.
