What Causes Recurrent Fever With FSH 2.54?

my daughter of 15 years ,studying in class X. feeling sudden heat overall body and feeling too tired (specially both hands and legs) , headache... . previous it comes once in a day but now 4-5 times daily. all med test completed including ultrasound..thirode ..LH ( 6.11), FSH 2.54), PRL(8.73). during this hot feeling the BP became 110/74..normally in only 100/60. what may be the reason... doctor cant find any pblm

Hi
The reports and BP seems to be fine. The problem can be due to anemia, occult infection, viral illness or stress related. I would recommend you to go for complete blood count and ESR. If normal try to give her symptomatic management. If she doesn't respond and everything seems to be fine on clinical examination, then visit a psychotherapist to rule out conversion disorder.
