Hard lump at incision site can be due to keloid or hypertrophic scar. Do you get any pain at the lump site or does it itch?
I would suggest you to go to a surgeon and get it examined for further treatment. If its getting infected, you can have a course of antibiotics like cefixime and some anti-inflammatory like aceclofenac and serratiopeptidase for the time being. Use an ointment containing mupirocin to prevent further infection.
Take care
