General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Hard lump at incision site can be due to keloid or hypertrophic scar.
Do you get any pain at the lump site or does it itch?

I would suggest you to go to a surgeon and get it examined for further treatment.
If its getting infected, you can have a course of antibiotics like cefixime and some anti-inflammatory like aceclofenac and serratiopeptidase for the time being.
Use an ointment containing mupirocin to prevent further infection.

Take care
