What Causes Recurrent Headaches And Dizziness?

I m a 33 year old male, I started with a headache which came in cycles, would be very painful, then go away after a very short time. After that, my headache all of the sudden disappeared; however, immediately to follow I had a very irregular pulse which caused me to have a low blood pressure and make me feel a little dizzy and lightheaded and weak. After an evening with this, I went to bed, slept the night, but still had the same symptoms the next morning. Only a short time later in the morning, the irregularity stopped, my blood pressure stabilized, and I no longer felt dizzy, lightheaded or weak. Any thoughts?

Understanding your concern.As per your query you haveheadaches and dizziness . The symptoms occur due to underlying condition, such as cervical spodylosis , bruxism , ear injury or a circulatory system disorder. Sometimes dizziness along with head ache also represent conditions like acoustic neuroma and meniere's disease . Simple reasons like stress and anxiety can also cause tinnitus and headaches . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination and to find out exact cause . Doctor may order certain tests like audiological test , rushing test , high and low pitched test . Doctor may prescribe tricyclic antidepressants , alprazolam and devices like hearing aids and masking devices . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist. Meditation will help alot .
