What Causes Recurrent Headaches And Pressure Behind The Eyes?
....I have male friend 50 years old who is having reoccurring headaches that is mainly in the forehead with extreme pressure behind the eyes which causes momentary blurred vision and he states that he has pressure in his lower heart area with a drop in blood pressure this is sudden and unexpected any time during the day

As of now, you can take analgesics like tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
