Hemorrhoids are dialted venous anal cushions caused by chronic constipation. You can apply lignocaine gel over the painful area for pain relief and I would advice you to go for local examination to rule out anal fissure and to find out the grade of hemorrhoids.1st & 2nd degree hemorrhoids are treated conservatively. Increase fiber intake in your diet and avoid constipation. Take Syp. lactulose for constipation.
