Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter is having recurrent high fever despite giving Pacimol and Meftal which seems to be due to viral or bacterial infection. It could be due to poor and compromised immunity of body. Need not to worry. You should avoid intake of outside food. I would suggest you to visit general physician once and get it examined. You should get blood tests redone and start treatment after proper diagnosis. Do tepid sponging as well to lower down fever. You should avoid giving child any outside food. Take diet rich in fresh juices and fruits. You should give your daughter complete test. Drink plenty of water and fluids. You should take anti-allergic medication along with proper course of antibiotic along with Ibuprofen.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
