What Causes Recurrent Infections In The Lungs And Urinary Tract?
Hi. 30 yr woman who had heart failure 3 months ago. With multiorgan failure there after. Kidneys still gone, lungs are just coming back. Persistent/ constant infections in lungs and urinary track. My concern is now my resting heart rate is in the 140 s. When I get a fever it goes up to 160 s low 170 s. First month after heart came back(doctors tell me the heart is looking great ) my resting heart rate was high teens to 120 s Second month resting heart rate is in the 130 s This third month resting heart rate is in the 140 s. Please someone help give me some kind of knowledge, as my cardiovascular team seems to be baffled on why it so high and climbing. In total 90 days straight, day in day out of tachycardia. Thank in advanced.

Consult a physician and get evaluated to find out the cause for recurrent infection. You can go for a blood culture to look for any focus of infection.
