Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurrent itchy rashes and dryness on ears which is because of ear infection which sometimes remain persistent, it could be due to fluid accumulation, wax buildup and recurrent otitis media. You should visit ENT specialist and go for otoscopic examination and start treatment after proper prescription. Put some anti-fungal drops for some time. You can use ciplox or gatiflox ear drops for local application. You should take syrup gelusil-plus every 4-6 hours for better relief of your symptoms. Keep ears dry and clean. You should go for culture and sensitivity test of ear discharge to know about specific bacteria. Start with antibiotic course of that particular bacteria.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
