Anxiety is quite a common cause of chest pain. As well as feeling fearful, worried and tense, anxiety can sometimes cause physical symptoms including chest pain. In some people, the chest pain can be so severe that it is mistaken for angina or heart attack. For further treatment you can visit a physician & at his/her discretion one may go for clinical examination & series of investigation like chest X-ray, ECG , CBC to rule out other causes.
