What Causes Recurrent Lesions Despite Taking Clobetasol And Topicort For Eczema?

I have been seeing various dermatologists for over 13 months and the best they have come up with is eczema. They have tried numerous different medications from colbetasol to topicort and many others. Although they do reduce the itching they do not stop new lesions from developing constantly. Each day we get rid of a few and each day a get a few new ones. I am reaching the end of my patience.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your experience with persistent eczema despite the use of topicort and clobetasol I am suggesting that you have developed the following differential diagnosis

Immunodeficiency disease
Cosmetic dermatitis
Autoimmune reaction
Hypersensitivity reaction to allergens

In view of this please do the following test
Skin snip
Ig electrophoresis
Serology for HIV

Meanwhile please see a dermatologist specialist with the result and for further clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
