General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Recurrent low-grade fever could be caused due to certain infections in the body. Most of the times, it can be a viral infection, which would be self-limiting.

However, kindly get the following investigations done.
1. Complete hemogram with peripheral blood smear.
2. ESR.
3. Urine routine examination with microscopy.

Kindly consult Physician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
