What Causes Recurrent Migraines And Tenderness In The Arms?

Lately, I have been getting migraines often and right now my arms feel very tender and so when I did no heavy lifting. The migraines are so unbearable I have been crying. I also have a bump on my head. I m not sure if any of this related, but my tonsils and adenoids (not sure if that s right) are very swollen that I can t even swallow water without being in pain.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to migraine. I would suggest you to use painkillers such as Ibuprofen for the migraine.

If you don't get better you should consult a neurologist for prescribed medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
