General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having allergic rhinitis producing congestion and soreness in the nose giving rise bleeding from nose.
Give him Decongestant, anti-allergic medicine.
Put decongestant nasal drops like Otriivn drops.
Ask him not to remove crusts from nose.
Ok and take care.
