Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Causes of testicle swelling or pain could include following problems:

1. Hydrocele is fluid buildup that causes swelling of the scrotum.A hydrocele may involve either one side (unilateral) or both sides (bilateral) of the scrotum. Normally this condition is painless.
2.Inguinal hernia-which is a condition that occurs in the groin area when fatty or intestinal tissues push through the inguinal canal. The inguinal canal is located at the base of the abdomen and is connected to scrotum. You may be able to notice extra contents in the scrotum.
3.Varicoceles. These painless swellings are caused by enlarged veins in the scrotum that drain the testicles
4 Mumps is a generalized infection that can cause testicular pain.

So visit a doctor, he would give you a proper diagnose & treat accordingly
Don't worry he would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
