Hi, My name is Simon.I have frequent back pain and stomach pain especially when I do not eat something for two hours or more. I do have constipation often. my restroom movement is not normal, and it feel like I have to much gas in my back. What can I do?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurrent pain in back and abdomen while having constipation . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like celiac disease , endometriosis , fibromyalgia , kidney stones , ovarian cyst or urinary tract infection . I would suggest you to consult gastroenetrologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , stool test and treat it accordingly . You should take anaspas , omeprazole and laxative . Doctor may also refer you to urologist for UTI or nephroloist for kidney problem . For now apply warm compresses to back , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and avoid food that cause bloating like cabbage and broccoli .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
