What Causes Recurrent Pain In The Chest?

Daily occurring pain the center of my chest. Similar to when you have run to hard and crap or chest burn. My blood pressure is 145/85. The pain starts slow and intensifies over a couple minutes. If I breath deeply and hold a big breath and compress it, it will start to subside. Lasts about 2-3 minutes

It may be acidity, or you may need medication for blood pressure.
Take Omeprazole, and if no improvement--consult your doctor for BP review--regards
