What Causes Recurrent Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?

Hi I am 42 years old male. 2 days back I got a sudden jerk when I was sitting on my legs cleaning the house on the ground and was standing up, A back pain occurred on by lower back right hand side, I was. It was not able to bend forward, I was also feeling more gas formation little pain on lower right hand side of the stomach and water sound from intestine. I applied hot water bottle the pain is not much now but during the time some time I feel little back pain which I feel is due to gas. X-ray shows no spine injury . But why the pain comes and goes. Generally the pain occurs when I stand up after sitting posture from chair or table. While walking I don t feel any pain. Can you please suggest me is every thing fine or any concern

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As your Xray is normal,you also had bloating sensation along with pain on right side of your back,it seems you may have right sided renal stone or appendicitis.
If I were your treating doctor,I recommend,
-Advice USG abdo.
- Antibiotics like Tablet cipro and metro for 5 -7 days ,anti spasmodic like dicyclomine and omeprazole.
-Drink plenty of water ,minimum 8-10 glasses everyday.
-Report immediately if symptoms persists beyond 3 days or if there is onset of symptoms like diarrhea,fatigue.
