What Causes Recurrent Pain In The Lower Back?

I have recurring pain that goes from my low/mid back and around my left side. About a year ago I had an scan that revealed what was described as a nodule on the lower part of my left lung. Could these two things be related and should I schedule a Dr s appointment earlier than the full year that was requested for follow up?

Hi,

Most probably it could be due to spine related problem like disc prolapse. You can consult an orthopedics and get an MRI scan done. As of now you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
