What Causes Recurrent Rashes On The Buttocks?

I get welts on my butt sporadically On the top part of my butt I am 60 yrs of age ..I have gone threw menapause This started about three yrs ago I ve tried cortisone creme Balmax it s like a diaper rash creme Bactroban creme I use only dial soap daily to wand with I live in a warm client and thought maybe heat I watched to see if when I eat sweets of this is a reaction I have no other bumps or welts on my body or face No ozing ... Sometimes just red and then disappears sometimes red and then a slight scab appears and disappears
