What Causes Recurrent Red Itchy Spots All Over The Body?
Hello so for awhile now maybe 2-3-4 weeks at a time I develop this extremely itchy small bumped rash in the same spots over my body and they burn/itch. The one on my stomach appear first and it s extremely red/itchy and followed by clear liquid when touched burns and extremely itchy to the area.

Your symptoms seem to be related to shingles.
I recommend using Acyclovir cream for local application.
I also recommend using antihistamines to relieve the itching such as Levofloxacin.
