What Causes Recurrent Red Papules On The Upper Thorax Area?

40 yo M, white, 3-4 years of evolution of nocturnal upper thorax rash of small pink-red papules that goes away by morning (after sleeping 8-10 hours). By afternoon, rash begins to be noticeable/palpable and bumpy at night; then cycle repeats. What could be the reason?
