What Causes Recurrent Right Sided Pain Along With Nausea?

for almost 3 months have off and on again sever right side pain (almost flank?) with terrible nausea hurts to move, deep breathe do anything.. no gall bladder no appendix full hysterectomy I think it is gastrointestinal but not sure..get severe constipation for days then will have small bowel movement currently taking nexium prescribed for treatment of ulcers

it can be due to sevior constipation. drink more water and take fiber rich food. avoid fast food and deep fried items. take bland diet fresh fruits and vegetable. may be colitis or amoebiosis. can take a course of metrogyl. it is not ulcer. consult gastroenterologist for examination and advice on treatment.refrain from alcohol smoking and hot tea or coffee.
