What Causes Recurrent Sharp Pain In Back And Ribs Radiating Towards Knees?

I have been having very sharp back pains that come and go for no apparent reason. I have not lifted anything heavy or strained the area. Pain located in rear rib cage area. When I move it can almost bring me to my knees. I have had dull aches up and down my right leg at times while at rest. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm would be very likely condition and it could be due to lifting weight, bed rest is necessary with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" twice in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
