What Causes Recurrent Vertigo?

I keep loosing my balance, my vertigo is off and I have no energy. I have had my blood pressure checked (ok), my blood checked my prostate checked ok, my dad died of a heart attack in 2015. My wife of 37 years died last June 2016. I am taking Centrum vitamins (suggestion). Any suggestions?

The causes of Vertigo are myriad-ranging from intracranial space occupying lesions to inner ear problems to lack of proper blood supply or nutrients to brain. Next time you have this attack, just sit down or better lie down. Then to rule out the most severe etiologies concerning Central Nervous System first get and MRI with contrast. Get your fasting Blood sugar and HbA1c checked on two separate occasions. Centrum is a good cocktail of nutritional supplements.

If nothing works take Cinnarazine. Cinnarizine helps to prevent sickness and dizziness.
It can be taken by adults and by children over 5 years of age.
The most common side-effect is feeling drowsy
